About Me

Brianna Pierre - Registered Social Worker

Hello, I’m Brianna. I’m a Registered Social Worker with a passion for supporting children, teens, and their families. I offer counselling services in both English and French and am dedicated to helping young people navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and compassionate space.

I have experience providing individual counselling to youth facing concerns such as emotion regulation difficulties, anxiety, depression, school motivation, bullying, and navigating healthy relationships. My approach is child-centered and collaborative, always tailored to meet the unique needs and strengths of each child or teen.

I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also offer a variety of tools to engage kids including Play Therapy and Art Therapy.

My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where youth feel heard, safe, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. I strive to help young people build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and grow at their own pace. I value a holistic approach and work collaboratively with families, schools, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support. My practice is grounded in empathy, trauma-sensitive care, and a strengths-based perspective that honors each child within their family context. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your child’s journey!
